An information architect is available to work with clients to define their site architecture and needs. This is a critical first step in creating an effective web presence.

Studio staff are available for classroom support and instruction. This may include special sessions in digital media skills supporting visual assignments and digital storytelling. Classroom instructional support is generally provided by a graduate research assistant or contractual staff. Workshop facilitation is conducted by professional staff. Classroom instruction and workshop facilitation services are customized to meet individual instructional needs. Rate includes instructor and production equipment required for session. This may include audio recorders, production music, cameras, and other imaging equipment. Classroom instruction and workshop facilitaion services are customized to meet individual instructional needs.

Studio staff are available to assist in the planning, authoring and production of instructional materials. In addition they may advise or design curricula focusing on new media.

A valid chratstring for JE processing must be provided by the client prior to the commencement of any work.
Charges will be processed on completion of the project. In the event that a project extends beyond a fiscal quarter, the provided chartstring may be charged quarterly for work completed by the end of the quarter.
Please Note: the Studio's chargeback is subject to periodic review and modification.
Definition
Category 1 includes services and/or produced materials that are used by department or University offices for in direct or support of non-instructional programs and by chartered campus organizations. Also includes services and/or produced materials that are accountable to a specific scheduled UMBC course number. These services and materials are to be used for direct instruction in a classroom, laboratory, or a resource center.

Category 2 includes services and/or produced materials for Federal or State supported agencies, self-supported University agencies, grant projects and non-profit organizations other than the University of Maryland Baltimore County Campus direct instruction.
